Shipping

Orders leave our shelves within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days in the US. Free standard shipping on orders over $75. International shipping is available at checkout; duties and taxes are calculated there.

Taxes

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Returns

If the object didn't earn its spot, return it within 30 days in its original condition for a full refund. Write to hello@ohfancy.co and we'll send a label.

Damaged in transit

Ceramics occasionally lose. Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace the object at no cost.
